Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
Premium Research Labs LLC ships via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, FedEx 2-Day. Expedited shipping options may be available at additional cost. The shipping method for your order is selected at checkout based on available options for your destination.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be available for orders over $250.
4. Domestic Shipping
Estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 3-5 business days after shipment. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
5. International Shipping
International shipping availability varies by destination. Please note the following for international orders:
- The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
- Premium Research Labs LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs processing
- Some countries may restrict the import of research compounds -- the buyer is responsible for compliance with all local regulations governing the import of such products
6. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number. For any tracking issues, please contact support@premiumresearchlabs.com.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact support@premiumresearchlabs.com. Premium Research Labs LLCwill initiate an investigation with the carrier. A replacement or refund will be provided if the package is confirmed lost.
8. Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Products are packed with appropriate temperature controls when required to ensure product integrity during transit.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) products are shipped at ambient temperature as they are stable in this form. Reconstituted or liquid products, if applicable, are shipped with cold packs to maintain proper storage conditions.
