Legality & Compliance
Is buying research peptides from this site legal?

Yes — for the purposes for which we sell them. Every product on Premium Research Labs is sold strictly for in-vitro research, laboratory use, or other lawful research purposes. Our products are not approved by the FDA for human consumption and we do not sell to consumers. By placing an order you confirm you are a qualified researcher and that you will not consume, administer, or otherwise misuse the product.
Why do you require age and research-use verification?

Two reasons. First, research peptides are restricted to qualified researchers — confirming research use at the door keeps us legally aligned. Second, age verification keeps minors off the site entirely. Your confirmation is stored as a non-tracking cookie for 30 days; we don't share it with anyone.
Can I get prescribed peptides here?

No. Premium Research Labs does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or sell prescription pharmaceuticals. For any therapeutic use of a peptide you must consult a licensed healthcare professional.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle, wire transfer, Cash App, and (where listed) cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Full payment instructions are emailed with your order confirmation, and you can review them anytime on the How to Pay page.
Why don't you take credit cards?

Card networks classify research compounds as restricted merchandise. Rather than route through high-risk processors with frequent freezes, we use direct bank rails — your money lands faster and our pricing stays lower.
How long until my order is processed after I pay?

Zelle and Cash App payments are typically confirmed within minutes. Wire transfers take 1-3 business days. Crypto payments are confirmed after on-chain confirmation. Once confirmed, your order ships within 1-2 business days.
Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?

Yes — until your payment has cleared and the order is marked as shipped. Email support@premiumresearchlabs.com with your order number and we'll cancel or modify before fulfillment. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
Quality & Testing
What is a COA and where do I find it?

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the lab report verifying a peptide's identity and purity. Every product page on Premium Research Labs has a "Download COA" button that opens a PDF containing the batch number, purity percentage, test date, and the third-party lab that performed the test. We don't ship anything we don't have a COA for.
What purity standard do you guarantee?

≥99% by HPLC-MS for every batch. If a batch comes back below 99% it doesn't go into stock — period. The exact purity for the batch you receive is on the COA bundled with the product page.
Who does your third-party testing?

We rotate between accredited US-based analytical labs to ensure independence. The performing lab is named on every COA. We do not run our own purity tests — independence is the whole point.
How should I store the products I receive?

Most lyophilized peptides are stable at -20°C protected from light for 2+ years. Each product's spec table lists its exact storage conditions. Once reconstituted, follow the peptide-specific guidance in the COA — most reconstituted peptides should be stored at 2-8°C and used within 30 days.
Shipping
Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations. Customs duties and import compliance are the buyer's responsibility on international orders.
How will my order be packaged?

All orders ship in plain, discreet, unmarked packaging. Lyophilized products ship at ambient temperature (they're stable that way). Anything that needs cold-chain ships with appropriate cold packs.
Will I get a tracking number?

Yes — you'll receive a separate "Your Order Has Shipped" email with the tracking number and carrier as soon as we drop your package off. You can also see tracking in your account orders page.
