Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- All seals must be intact and undamaged
- Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to the nature of research compounds
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-synthesized peptides and made-to-order research compounds
- Products that have been opened or had seals broken
- Products not stored according to the specified storage conditions outlined on the product label or documentation
- Products past their expiry date at the time of the return request
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact support@premiumresearchlabs.com with your order number and reason for return
- Await return authorization before shipping any products back
- Ship the product back to the return address provided in your authorization email, with a valid tracking number.
- Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For wire transfer payments, refunds will be issued to the originating bank account. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact support@premiumresearchlabs.comwithin 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damage or incorrect items with your correspondence. Premium Research Labs LLC will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment at no charge. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies. To request a cancellation, contact support@premiumresearchlabs.com as soon as possible with your order number.
